STAR TANK VEHICLE TOYS

There was a series of toys called "Star Tanks", and it seems the makers, Happy Toys, weren't very confident in the toy's selling capabilities; they felt their toy's logo needed to use the Star Wars font for it to sell well.

Star Tanks are apparently "The most powerful battle car all over the Galaxy", as the box tells us. The packaging stands 5 inches (about 13 centimeters) tall and the back says that four of these toys were made.

There was Mighty Cannon ("Commander in Charge with alert detective alarm system armed with laser beam cannon"), Air-Land Destroyer ("An Auxilary support ship, with velocity of light capability"), Super Laser Killer ("The most powerful armed ship which is mainly responsible to rout the evils"), and Speedrescuer ("It is a minor armed ship as a hospital ship to provide medical treatment and rescue to their colleagues"). This toy is Air-Land Destroyer.

The back says the toy has "Pull Back and Go Action", and I'm assuming all four had this feature. Gee, they call them Star Tanks, powerful battle cars, and ships, so I'm not really sure what the makers of this toy imagined them being. Maybe they just had more imagination than I do. Well, keep on routing the evils!
