It's the CSG-X2 water gun. The top of the card says "DUAL STREAM", though you wouldn't guess by looking at it, even up close it appears to only shoot one stream of water. Maybe it's a mistake or false advertising. It also says, "SHOOTS UP TO 20 FEET", "WWW.INSTANTFUN.WS", and "AGES 6+".
Here's the Star Wars connection: the water gun sorta kinda resembles the E-5 blaster rifle, the blaster used by battle droids and also Padme in the Geonosis arena in Attack of the Clones.
The above picture is from the Star Wars Attack of the Clones the Visual Dictionary by David West Reynolds.
The back of the card explains how to use the gun and tells us who made this and when. As you'll see in the photo below, it says:
Manufacturer: Wonderful International(HK)Co.
Exclusively Imported By: Water Sports LLC, Plano, IL
Date: NOV. 2010
Batch#: 20101101
Keep packaging for tracking information
It also shows the Water Sports, LLC logo. Well, here's a close up of a sticker on the side of the toy.
"WATER GUN". I've always called them squirt guns...
