This is a Korean Lego knock-off minifigure of Obi-Wan in a Space Wars box from Jinrun.
The box shows pictures of a little vehicle...
...but the box only contains Obi-Wan, a base for the figure, an engine-y looking piece, and a card. Maybe each minifigure comes with a piece of the vehicle and you have to collect all eight boxes to build the car, I dunno.
Heh heh, Kenobi looks a little wonky on the box's picture, but the actual figure's head is laugh out loud funny looking!
Here's the card I mentioned. I wonder if there's really a game that can be played with these...
